Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing of Montenegro’s National Airline

A distinctive strength is her first-hand understanding of both the public and private sectors, built through hands-on leadership experience across tourism and aviation. This enables her to understand challenges from both sides — policy and implementation, strategy and business reality.

Proven expertise in national strategy, destination development, business development, global promotion and marketing, hospitality, stakeholder alignment, with a particular focus on sustainability, diversification, rural tourism, health & wellness, luxury tourism development, and women, youth and local community empowerment in tourism. Experienced in designing, positioning and delivering high-level tourism events, international forums, conferences and stakeholder platforms connecting governments, destinations, private-sector leaders, investors, speakers and media. She is also an active international keynote speaker, trainer and executive mentor.
